Beermann, Nebraska Secretary of State You have requested our opinion on several questions relating to the interpretation of the Nebraska Supreme Court's opinion in MAPCO AmmoniaPipeline Co. v. State Bd. of Equal., 238 Neb. 565, 471 N.W.2d 734 (1991) ["MAPCO"]. Your questions pertain to the nature and scope of the remedy or relief to be afforded by the State Board pursuant to the mandate entered by the court in MAPCO and several companion cases.
