The consideration'of the conveyance executed on the 15th day of February, 1875, by the judgment debtor, Owens, to a trustee, for the use and benefit of his wife, is therein recited as the rents and profits of the statutory separate estate of the wife, which the husband had received, and converted to his own uses, in excess of expenditures for the comfort and support of the family, and which he desired to invest for the use and benefit of the wife. The conveyance was executed when the husband was insolvent, on the eve of the judgments obtained by the appellants on *174debts previously contracted.…
