This is a four-count information charging the defendant with violations of the building code of the city of Meriden which became effective on December 16, 1955. The defendant is charged with violations of § 100(6), failure to obtain permit on or about May 22, 1969; § 100(11), failure to obtain license on or about June 23,1969; § 100(6), failure to obtain permit on or about June 23,1969; and *70§ 100(11), failure to obtain license on or about May 22, 1969.
