Riversource Life Insurance Company (“Riversource”) and James Day, II, appeal from the judgment entered December 13, 2013, following a non-jury trial on plaintiffs/appellees’, Robert J. Boehm and Beverly Lynn Boehm, Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (“UTPCPL”) claims. This is one of a series of cases in Allegheny County alleging fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with the sale of life insurance policies.
