MEMORANDUM-OPINION

THIS ADVERSARY PROCEEDING is before the Court after the conclusion of a trial on the merits of the cause of action brought by Plaintiff against Defendant under 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a)(1)(A) and (B) and 11 U.S.C. § 544(b) utilizing various provisions of KRS Chapter 378. Plaintiff seeks to avoid the transfer of certain real property located at 13991 Poplar Lane (the “Real Property”).
