CUMMINGS, Chief Judge.
Defendant Erick Mitchell appeals his conviction for kidnapping, violating the Mann Act, and conspiracy. For the reasons set out below, we affirm his conviction.

The incident in question occurred in the early morning hours of July 6, 1983. According to Cheryl Chambers, she and her friend Trina Dively had gone to a restaurant in St. Louis at 10:30 PM the evening of July 5, 1983.
