Appeal from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of Schenectady County (Kramer, S.), entered January 24, 2001, which, inter alia, judicially settled the account of petitioner as executor of decedent’s estate.

Petitioner and respondents are siblings; the three of them are the only children of decedent, who died on January 14, 1998.
