CASE SUMMARY

Plaintiff-appellant Dorothy A. Ewing (Ewing) appeals from an adverse decision of the Cass Circuit Court, challenging the trial court's entry of summary judgment.

We affirm.

FACTS

The facts viewed in a manner most favorable to Ewing are as follows: On July 6, 1976, Ewing was discharged from her position as a nurse-anesthesiologist which she had held for nearly ten years.
