These appeals bring up a judgment of the Supreme Court entered on cross writs of certiorari in a workman’s compensation case. The Supreme Court reversed a judgment of the Essex County Court of Common Pleas awarding the appellant compensation for 100 per cent, of total permanent disability growing out of an occupational disease.
