| aThis is a civil service disciplinary case. Albert Becker, a former employee of the Jefferson Parish Department of Parks and Recreation appeals a judgment of the Jefferson Parish Personnel Board that upheld the termination of his employment and dismissed his appeal. 1 Mr. Becker specifies four errors to the proceedings below.
