Flonase is the brand-name version of fluticasone propionate (“FP”) — a nasal eorticos*130teroid produced by Defendant SmithKline Beecham Corporation d/b/a GlaxoSmithKline PLC (“GSK”). The Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) approved Flonase to treat nasal inflammation caused by seasonal and non-seasonal allergies. Until recently, Flonase was one of the nation’s top-selling drugs, generating sales well over $1 billion in its peak years.
