This was a suit brought by the appellee, the stone company, against the appellants, the Omans, to quiet the title of the former to certain real estate, known as lots 1 and 4, and the railroad tracks (including rails, ties, etc.) thereon, and to restrain the latter from asserting any interest in said tracks, or claiming the right to use the same for the shipment of their freight.
