*1476McWILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.
In a thirty-three count superseding indictment, twenty defendants were charged in the first count with conspiring among themselves, and with others, to distribute heroin and to possess heroin with an intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The objective of their conspiracy was to import heroin from outside the State of Colorado into Colorado and to then distribute and sell it within the state.
