The appellant, Damon Arnez Tolliver, was convicted of five counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, violating § 13A-8-11, Ala. Code 1975; two counts of second-degree theft, violating § 13A-8-4, Ala. Code 1975; and three counts of third-degree theft, violating §13A-8-5, Ala. Code 1975. For each breaking and entering conviction and each second-degree theft conviction, he was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment. For two of the third-degree theft convictions, he was sentenced to one year's imprisonment. For the third-degree theft conviction in CC-2000-213, Tolliver was sentenced to 15 years'…
