The sole question involved in this appeal is, as to whether or not the liens of the defendants and cross-petitioners are entitled t,o priority over the vendor’s lien of the plaintiff, as held by the trial court. The real estate herein involved is a residence property located in the city of Centerville. At all times material to the controversy, the plaintiff was a resident of the city of Des Moines.
