In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for tortious interference with business relations, the defendants County of Suffolk and Suffolk County Department of Health Services appeal, as limited by their notice of appeal and brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), entered June 21, 1988, as denied that branch of their cross motion which was to dismiss the fifth, sixth, eighth, ninth and tenth causes of action asserted in the amended complaint.
