Introduction

Richard Sheridan (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of St. Charles County following his conviction on three counts of first degree child molestation and seven counts of third degree assault. Defendant contends that the trial court erred in: (1) overruling Defendant’s objections to the rebuttal portion of the State’s closing argument; (2) admitting the child victims’ out-of-court statements made to their parents as well as investigators at the Child Advocacy Center; and (3) denying Defendant’s motion for an in camera review…
