In May, 1859, B. A. Simmons acquired five, shares of stock of the Mobile & Ohio Eailroad Company, which stock has never been transferred on the books of said company, and on which, prior to 1898, no dividend has accrued. B. A. Simmons departed this life in 1894; his estate was administered on by his wife as administratrix, she being finally discharged in 1896. At the time of the death of B'. A.
