¶ 1. Hovas Construction Inc. (Hovas) appeals the judgment of the Washington County Circuit Court awarding $19,500 in liquidated damages to the Board of Trustees of Western Line Consolidated School District (School District) due to Hovas’s failure to complete a construction project by the agreed-upon deadline.
