CHAPMAN, Circuit Judge:
This appeal stems from the district court’s affirmance of the bankruptcy court’s order granting to the appel-lee/cross-appellant Marepcon Financial Corporation (Marepcon), t/a Norshipco Financial Corporation (Norshipco), a post-petition security interest in the inventory, receivables and other assets of debtor Bumper Sales, Inc. (Bumper Sales), to the detriment of appellant/cross-appellee Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (the Committee). We affirm.
