This is a motion for leave to serve an amended notice of claim nunc pro tunc pursuant to subdivision 6 of section 50-e of the General Municipal Law.
From the moving affidavit it appears that following an accident of March 3, 1957 plaintiffs caused a notice of claim to be served upon the Transit Authority for the sum of $6,000 on behalf of the plaintiff Margaret Zultowski and $1,000 in behalf of Zygmont Zultowski.
