It appears from the uncontroverted evidence that on October 1, 1918, the appellees were the owners of certain hogs which they kept on their farm in-Washington county; that on October 12, 1918, the appellants went to see the hogs and bargained for some of them at the price of twenty-three cents per pound; that on October 17, 1918, the appellants returned to the *255appellees’ farm, at which time they selected thirty-three hogs, averaging about fifty pounds each, and which were weighed and loaded on appellants’ wagon.
