ORDER

Saul Roman-Castenon pleaded guilty to entering the United States without authorization after having been removed, 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a), and was sentenced to 46 months’ imprisonment. He appeals, arguing that the district court should have shortened his sentence based on (1) the absence of a “fast track” program in the judicial district and (2) perceived flaws in the guideline increase of 12 levels for defendants who violate § 1326(a) after a conviction for an aggravated felony.
