ORDER REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT AND REMANDING FOR FURTHER PROCEEDINGS

On June 8, 2010, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth division (“the bankruptcy court”), denied the fee-enhancement request of CRG Partners Group, LLC (“CRG”). CRG now appeals this denial. After review, the Court concludes that the bankruptcy court applied an incorrect legal standard in evaluating the merits of CRG’s fee-enhancement request.
