Proposed intervenor Christiana, Inc. (Christiana) appeals from the judgment entered by the Fifth Judicial District Court, Jefferson County, enforcing the provisions of an Oregon divorce decree awarding Betty Jean Gammon (wife) title to Montana real property and denying Christiana’s motion to intervene.
