THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss dated June 22, 1983, predicated upon the alleged unconstitutionality of F.S. §316.2055. The facts which gave rise to this case are relatively simple and have been fairly stated by the defendant in her Memorandum in Support of Motion to Dismiss, and stipulated to by the State.
