This is an appeal from the decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, appointing upon the petition of the respondent’s sister, Mary I. Denner, a guardian for Bertha I. Beyer, whom the court adjudged to be “mentally defective” and “unable to take care of her property.” The proceedings were under the Act of May 28,1907, P. L. 292 (50 P.S. Sec. 941 et seq.). At the time the decree Avas entered, Mrs. Beyer was sixty and a half years old and in possession of personal property inherited from her husband and amounting to more than $22,000. Mrs. Beyer…
