This action commenced as a suit to enjoin the enforcement against plaintiff’s property of the minimum frontage and area requirements of the City of Des Plaines zoning ordinance. Plaintiff’s complaint alleged that, as applied to his property, the restrictions constituted an unconstitutional deprivation of property without due process of law.
