Defendant was convicted by jury of failing to comply with the Sex Offenders Registration Act (SORA), second offense, MCL 28.729(l)(b). Defendant was sentenced as a second-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.10(l)(a), to 2 years’ to 126 months’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. For the reasons set forth in this opinion, we affirm defendant’s conviction, vacate his sentence, and remand for resentencing.
