T1 Ted Parks, LLC, appeals from an order of the trial court granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Christopher E. Benton and denying the motion for summary judgment filed by Parks. The issue presented is whether Benton was entitled to judgment as a matter of law. This appeal is governed by Supreme Court Rule 1.36, 12 0.8. Supp.2010, ch. 15, app. 1, and proceeds without appellate briefing.
