—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (R. Goldberg, J.), rendered September 5, 1991, convicting him of attempted rape in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s waiver of his right to appeal the denial of the branch of his omnibus motion which was to suppress his statements to law enforcement authorities was ineffective (see, People v Bray, 154 AD2d 692; CPL 710.70 [2]).
