Harvey, J.:

William Birzer was charged with shooting at named persons, with intent to kill, under R. S. 21-431, and was found guilty of endangering the lives of such persons under circumstances which would have constituted murder or manslaughter if death had ensued, *415under R. S. 21-435. He has appealed, and contends that the evidence does not support the verdict, and that under the showing made a new trial should have been granted.
