Debtor, Darling’s Homes, Inc., was in the business of selling mobile homes on the retail level. General Electric Credit Corporation (GECC), Debtor’s floor-plan inventory financer, filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay to proceed against its collateral — four mobile homes that were on Debtor’s lot when it filed a Chapter 7 petition on October 28, 1983.
