Reversing.
This is an appeal from a conviction for the unlawful’ manufacture of intoxicating liquors in which appellant’s penalty was fixed at a fine of $400.00 and sixty days in jail.
It appears from the evidence that the appellant with his family lived in the same house with his sister-in-law, a widow. Acting under the authority of a search warrant the officers searched the premises and found a small still and worm in a coffee sack.
