It is claimed, in effect, that the court refused to find that prior to the original judgment the plaintiff, with full information as to the amount and value of the defendant’s property, stipulated and agreed that the $2,000 named in that judgment should be “ as a final distribution of all the defendant’s property ” as well as in full for her dower interest in his lands.
