—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Fisch, J.), rendered December 6, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of IV2 to 15 years, unanimously affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the People (People v Acosta, 80 NY2d 665, 672), and giving deference to the jury’s finding of credibility (People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495), we conclude that defendant’s guilt of selling five vials of crack cocaine was proved beyond a reasonable doubt…
