The first assignment of error is that the court erred in overruling appellant’s motion to dismiss the objections of the respondents to the final account of the administrator. The estate of Joseph Anderson consisted entirely of personal property and the probate court had exclusive original jurisdiction to direct the payment of debts and distribution of the remainder, if any: Be Fating Estate, 113 Or. 6,15 (228 P. 821, 231 P. 148); State v.
