Following a bench trial, defendant Paul McCormick was found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and felony driving with a revoked or suspended license and sentenced, based on his criminal history, to an extended prison term of five years. On appeal, defendant contends that he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt because the evidence was insufficient to support a finding that he was driving the vehicle at the time of his arrest.
