Plaintiff, 1 proceeding pro se 2 and in forma pauperis, and presently confined in a confinement institution of the State of Pennsylvania, has filed a complaint styled “Civil Rights Complaint” in this Court. Herein plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief and damages against defendant Nouse, the latter being plaintiff Nouse’s ex-wife, and the latter’s mother, defendant Vondersmith.
