Raymond Brooks (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis entered after a jury convicted him of burglary in the second degree, felony stealing over $500, and felony resisting arrest. He was acquitted of one count of possession of burglar’s tools.
