These cases were consolidated and tried to a jury which returned verdicts in favor of each of the three plaintiffs in their actions against defendant, City of Philadelphia, (hereafter called the “City”), and against each of the three plaintiffs in their actions against defendant, Atlantic Refining Company (hereafter called “Atlantic”).
