EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

INTRODUCTION

IBM, defendant in this antitrust action, has moved this court to admit designated sections of fifteen depositions taken before and during the course of this trial.1 IBM seeks admission of the depositions as part of its direct case. Ten of the depositions were taken by defendant of plaintiff’s listed trial witnesses. Six of these ten deponents later testified at trial for plaintiff.
