Thompson, Justice.

Donnis Stroud appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentences entered for the offenses malice murder, felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, and theft by receiving stolen property. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.

On the night of the shooting, Stroud and his co-defendant Gary Oliver were involved in a gunfight with a group of men in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
