Isaac Miller died on January 9, 1880, owning the 360 acres of land here in controversy, and William C. Rich, Sr., was appointed administrator of his estate on March 26, 1880. On May 9, 1881, William C. Rich, Sr., administrator of the estate of Isaac Miller, deceased, filed his petition in the county court of Union county for the sale of said 360 acres for the purpose of paying the debts of the estate.
