MEMORANDUM OPINION

KEADY, Chief Judge.

This action was brought under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute 1 by Mrs. Peggy S. Latch as widow of Jimmy Latch, and as guardian of Kimberly Dawn Latch, a minor daughter of decedent, against the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Alcorn County Electric Power Association (ACE), and ABC Manufacturing Company (ABC). Both plaintiffs and defendant ACE are citizens of Mississippi, TVA is a federally-created corporation wholly owned by the United States government and by statute has its principal place of business in Alabama, 2 and ABC (sued as a John Doe…
