This is a bill in equity for the construction of the will of Byron S. Watson, late of the city of Providence, deceased, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the testator. All adult respondents have filed answers to the bill and all minors and contingent interests and the interests of persons unascertainable or not in being are represented by guardians ad litem appointed for that purpose by the court.
