In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant FDR Services Corporation appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Winick, J.), dated August 4, 1992, which, after a hearing, denied the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

*454Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
