McMILLAN, Presiding Judge.
On March 22, 2002, appellee Charles Garrison was indicted on charges of trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On April 4, 2002, he filed a motion to suppress evidence seized as a result of a search, contending that there had been a lack of probable cause for the issuance of the search warrant because, he says, the supporting affidavit was not worthy of belief. On September 12, 2002, he filed an amended motion to suppress, contending that the search warrant was faulty because the confidential informant could not have been in his home 24 hours…
