DECISION ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY

The Chapter 11 debtor, Leslie I. Levine, has commenced an adversary proceeding against his wife, Ann Barbara Levine, for a turnover of certain personal property which he claims as property of the estate in accordance with 11 U.S.C. §§ 541 and 542. The parties have been engaged in heated matrimonial litigation for over four years in the New York Supreme Court, West-chester County, with respect to actions for divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, and child support.
