Veterans’ benefits; disability pension from Veterans Administration; Court of Claims — jurisdiction.—Plaintiff, a former Carpenter’s Mate in the United States Naval Ke-serve, sues to recover disability pension benefits which he claims were wrongfully denied him by the Veterans Administration.
